Dollar general has been doing this for a while, sometimes the prices aren't great, but usually either pepsi/dew or sprite/coke products will be 3 for 16 and usually lower than that, and then 5 off 25, and sometimes other coupons.

A few years ago my Kroger would regularly have deals of 4 12 packs for $10. Cheapest I see now is $4 per 12 cans - at least at Kroger

I need to double check what I'm charged at Kroger's, but at Dollar General, they charged me full retail tax on soda (8%) vs food tax (2%). Not a huge difference, but still kinda annoyed that the taxes are more.
