Bought a men's pair for a trip to Japan since I typically walk between 16K-25K steps a day when I'm there. Would not advise these for places where stairs are a requirement, (i.e. Japanese subway stations), rolled my ankle pretty badly within the first few days. However, when on flat surfaces for slow to moderately paced walking, these are heavenly.
The lack of a firm strike in the front or the back of the shoe provides almost zero stability for those needing to stabilize themselves going up or down stairs quickly. And because the sole is extremely giving with its cushion, which feels amazing, I must admit, because of the tremendous give, it's very easy to roll your foot to the left or the right if you're not careful.
11/10 for walking on absolutely flat surfaces.
3/10 for running or jogging.
-5/10 for going up and down stairs, especially in a fast paced city.
