Had it, sold it on Craigslist. Weakest battery mower I've ever had. Lots of trouble with it not getting the grass in the tiny bag as well. It does use the two batteries in tandem to get more power but they don't last long. Will not buy Craftsman after using this and the 60v mower debacle.

I have a similar 2x-20v craftsman mower i bought some years ago from Lowes I think, came with 3 batteries, the mower, and a trimmer. I'd call it around as strong as a 5hp mower, that is not very strong, but works well enough for me. it replaced an old 5.5hp mower I used for 10-15years and has the same struggle spots as the old one (the grass is unevenly thick/thin and can get bogged in the same places/ways).
I live on a corner lot and one charge is usually enough for the front+side, if the grass is pretty tall then it might only just finish or come up short. That is mowing for a good 40-minutes or so, so the battery time is pretty good if I'm not lazy and don't skip a week. I had a smaller 2ah battery from a blower that will work when paired with a 5ah battery to finish off the section when I'm short. The batteries will get hot, especially on sunny days, so I got a little fan on the batteries to help them not overheat so fast.
Maybe i was lucky or was just used to a worn out old mower for so long that it felt so similar lol. If you had a stronger mower before, like 6.5hp or better, this mower is a downgrade. The thing is pretty light weight and easy to push, pick up and fold to store.
