Depends on your family size and whether you want to bake bigger loaves of bread.
I have three in my household and all the usual chili or soup recipes fit fine in my 6qt Amazon Basics dutch oven. It usually makes for 6-8 servings, and I'm a big eater, so it's perfect as I like leftovers.
By the way, I am still using the same dutch oven I bought 5 years ago for around $36 and it gets used at least weekly. I am very happy with the value I got out of mine. I take care of it by using wooden cooking utensils with it, and I know to never preheat the pot empty without food or oil in it, and I let it cool down because washing it to avoid shocking the glass enamel coating. Take care of it and it will last years and years.

Second all these sentiments. One additional point would be to consider what you already have. If you don't have one of these, any size, get one! They are super versatile and the value easily exceeds the cost in a short amount of time. It's a more nuanced question if you already have an enameled dutch oven. I.e., what are your use cases, do you use your existing so much that it's regularly in use when a second one would come in handy?
I have a 6.5qt Tramontino and decided to stand pat on this. It's big enough for soups/stews/braises for family of 5, and fits all the artisan breads we bake. And after ~15yrs it basically still looks the same inside (using wooden/nonstick utensils, hand wash, etc). I cook a lot but can't think of a time I had bread baking in it and wanted to braise some meat at the exact same time (we also only have 1 oven which is admittedly a limiting factor!)--storage space limitations were another significant consideration.
This seems like a great deal for what it is (as is the larger blue one).
