600 for the GPU, 280 CPU, probably a cheaper board lets say 125. 90-100 RAM, and 60 SSD and 60 PSU because prebuilts usually cheap out there. Along with case and cooler, but these seem ok spec. You probably couldn't build this any cheaper unless you caught some excellent sales.

Oem 7700 is more like 150-180 at least before all the tariff stuff
