This has to be one of those worse design charger, a lot of my bands like braided ones can't be opened so it would require taking off the clips each time?

For the sport loop you can invert it. This is like generation zero of LFP chargers.
got this the last time it was posted here because first small form factor LFP power bank sounded interesting to me
it's just alright and not much more can be said beyond that. for $18, it's decent value for money
max input of 9V=2A for 18w, takes 3.5 hours to full charge from dead. max output 5V=4.5A for 22.25w is ONLY for single usb-c port. if you're using multiple ports, the max discharge drops. the wireless charging on the top for apple watch is unfortunately useless. claimed output is 1w and the charge rate is abysmal at something like 1% added to watch SoC every 2 minutes
overall, runs cool and will fast charge a phone, but not much else. no compatibility issues with low power devices like AirPods or using the usb-c port to charge your watch. I get maybe 3ish full charges for a 16 pro out of this power bank
has 3C mark for anyone planning on traveling in China with this (although idk why anyone would bother since they could probably get better performing power banks with 3C cert for cheaper than $18 over there)

Outside of really rigid ones, your band should be able to flex out of the way, but it would have been nicer if there was a spot the length so the band could go around it.
