I'm not sure if this has been discussed here before but I started noticing that I was no longer eligible for many of the Amazon coupons available when you selected Subscribe and Save ("S&S"). I wondered if it was because they had tracked that I had already used a coupon or if it was because I already had an active subscription for that item. I'd never been too concerned about deleting subscriptions before because it's historically been quicker / easier to skip vs. cancel. But now that I've accumulated several hundred, it's taking longer to skip deliveries each month. So I deleted all of the items for those products where coupons are routinely available when you choose S&S - paper products by P&G in particular (I had 14 different subscriptions for toilet paper!) and other things we use frequently. And then I waited. Today there was a 25% S&S coupon for ACT fluoride rinse and it was one of the products I had canceled all subscriptions for. Sure enough, I qualified for the 25% off. YMMV but this one worked.
