This is an insanely good deal if you dont need the drill function. I already have the dch614 which is the rotary hammer equivalent of this and the dch773 2" rotary hammer. If i didnt have those already i would be all over this. For reference i paid $380 for my dch614 bare tool somewhat used

I was really excited, then after realizing it was only chipping, disappointed. I was wanting to get one to pull up a bunch of tile in the house and then to have to drill big holes in the future.
