The Kobalt tool set + 2 free tools is a better deal imo. It should also go down to $200 from $250 towards the end of year I believe.

dont do it. greenworks doesnt have a ton of options to expand to and 2 of the tools in this kit are filler garbage(light, speaker). you can actually make $200 go a lot further catching deals on skil, ryobi or hercules.

This is not worth $200 and was never worth $500. You could buy all these tools by Bosch, Dewalt, Milwaukee for this price.

I went from Greenworks 24V to Skil 12V and Milwaukee 12V tools after purchasing the ½ impact wrench and impact driver to learn the M12 Milwaukee kit for $300 (Impact wrench, hammer drill with batteries, battery charger, and carry bag kit) was faster and stronger. I got a Lowe's deal on Skil 12V impact driver and ⅜ impact wrench with batteries and charger for under $150 that beat the 24V Greenworks system, removed lug nuts from my 2012 Volkswagen Jetta SportWagen. I am now trying to sell my Greenworks 24V wrench and impact driver tools.
I recommend Greenworks for landscaping tools and powerwashers. They need to put their game. Kobalt is a better brand, better warranty and better kit deals when Lowe's run sales.
