Is the OP price incorrect? This would cost $90 total ($55 for signup/first month + $35 for second month)?
Edit/Addition for future readers (who don't go past the first page):
OP price is correct if you want the phone to use on ST the final cost is just the 1-month plan ($55). My comment about the final price being higher, was for this phone to be unlocked, which would involve purchasing one additional month of service, which would not necessarily need to be the Gold Unlimited plan.
5G Modem.
8GB ram / 128GB rom
OIS on main camera.
5000 mah battery.
QI charging.
SD card slot.
Headphone jack.
IP68 resistance.
This beats out the S25 Ultra and the iPhone 17 pro max in terms of features... for less than $100 each.

This Moto G Stylus 5G 2025 deal stands out for a feature packed budget phone, with OLED display, IP68 water resistance, 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, microSD expansion, headphone jack, wireless charging, and a 5000mAh battery. The phone is also praised for snappy performance, good face unlock, and solid value once it unlocks. The main catch is the service requirement, since unlocking depends on 60 days of paid service and the plan math can change with autopay, taxes, and plan downgrades. A few reports also flag battery drain, bloatware, and occasional activation or shipping hiccups, making it a strong value if the carrier terms fit your plan.
Buyers wanting a snappy midrange daily driver, because it feels fast, battery life can be excellent, and the phone is described as a nice mid-grade device.
Travelers wanting a cheap backup phone, because it can be used lightly now and unlocked later for overseas use.
Android tinkerers who want expandable storage and a headphone jack, because the phone includes microSD support and a 3.5mm port.
People who care about a bright, modern display, because the 2025 model upgrades to OLED with stronger screen and waterproofing features.
People who need guaranteed battery endurance, because battery life can be worse than the 2024 model and some reports mention drain.
Buyers who want to switch carriers immediately, because unlocking requires paid service first and the phone may stay locked for about 60 days or longer.
People who dislike carrier bloatware, because Mobile Services Manager can download extra apps unless it is disabled.
Users planning to swap SIMs between phones during the waiting period, because re-registration can break the original line and jeopardize unlock eligibility.

Is band 71 supported? Different versions of the same phone often exist, depending on where you buy it from and the bands aren't listed in detail, so I don't want to rely on another store's/carrier's listing.
Frequency
GSM: 850 MHz, 900 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1900 MHz; UMTS: Band I (2100), Band II (1900), Band IV (1700/2100), Band V (850), Band VIII (900); 5G: n1, n2, n3, n5, n7, n12, n14, n20, n25, n26, n28, n29, n30, n38, n40, n41, n48, n66, n70, n71, n77, n78; LTE: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 20, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 38, 39, 40, 41, 48, 66, 71
I have the 2022 version of this phone and use the fingerprint reader not only to unlock my phone, but for bringing up common shortcuts, as well.

It's how they download a lot of bloatware. It's not just prepaid carriers that do this. AT&T used to do this to me on my flagship LG V60. made me think I hadn't malware, but I looked it up and this is a common and ridiculous app called the mobile services manager, which must be disabled.
Hopefully the vast majority of the bloat is un-installable. Pretty much everything besides the motor roller stuff.
There is bloat though, but I mean, I kind of expect it when you're getting a phone for 60 bucks.
It has circle to search, which was nice. wire was charging at 15 watts, which is better than a pixel 9a, for instance.

No 3rd party firmware or root = no longevity after official support ends

I'd gladly pay $160 for 2 new phones that I don't have to finance anywhere for kids/spouse
when these unlock I'll just port them into tmobile and I'll be gtg for awhile.

Your current device total is $0.00.
SmartPay requires at least $99.99 in total device purchases.
You may either removed the applied promotion; or adjust your cart to meet the required total (by selecting a different device or adding a 2nd device); or continue with full price (click the link below).
Only required to pay 2 months if want it unlocked. Still works on Visible without paying for second month.
Just trying to confirm before I purchase it
Moto G Power (2025) or the Moto G Stylus (2025)?
SOLVED: used a different computer.
