Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh purchases will continue to earn 5% back for Prime Visa cardmembers with an eligible Prime membership, and 3% back for Amazon Visa cardmembers during and after the promotional period, and will not earn bonus rewards with this offer.

It is for whatever deal your card was targeted for. I had travel for 5% a month or two back so when I used that link it said "already enrolled". But it's for the travel deal not this current deal - which it does not state.

these kind of Chase sponsored category Cashback offers are usually not available on that offer hub link you posted. The offer hub link you posted is for specific Merchant cashback offers at least that is how it was few months ago.
Has that changed ? is your grocery, gas etc 5% offer showing under offer hub after clipping?

i posted a specific link to the offer and removed my account number; not sure if sd redirect messed it up, but yes, it's in chase offers as a "clippable" offer. it did not show under the usual chasebonus page. hope this helps!
