Whole Foods Market and Amazon Fresh purchases will continue to earn 5% back for Prime Visa cardmembers with an eligible Prime membership, and 3% back for Amazon Visa cardmembers during and after the promotional period, and will not earn bonus rewards with this offer.

If you click on the transaction (when it's posted not while pending), you'll see the breakdown of the rewards. I've checked the dining charges, and they show the regular 1% points and additional 4% points as a bonus. I hope that's what you were asking Smilie
