As I detailed in my original reply, compare the model number in the Best Buy link posted by the OP to the XFX product page the link I provided. They are the exact same model number. The BB product page leaves out "OC" in the product title, but it's clearly an overclocked model. The specs on the BB product page itself state it has a base clock of 1900 MHz and a boost clock of 3.32 MHz. Those are factory overclocked numbers.
