You've specifically purchased an open-box item from Woot? I've purchased new items from them and have never had an issue. Open box might be another story.

The description states, "Warranty: 90-Day Woot Limited Warranty *Not eligible for AppleCare." However, I found information on other websites indicating that an Apple Pencil and a Magic Keyboard may be covered under an active iPad AppleCare+ plan, even if they weren't purchased on the same receipt. I'm wondering if this open-box item would be covered if I purchase a new iPad Pro M5 with AppleCare+. Or should it be brand new item.

F I just bought one directly from apple and it was delivered yesterday. New M5 ipad delivered today though, so I'm probably just going to eat the $70 loss than deal with returns and waiting.
