Anyone know if it can make Android auto work on a car has only Apple carplay? My car only supports apple carplay and carlinkit 3 can enable Android Auto. I'm getting disconnects and lag with carlinkit3 and see if it worth the upgrade

All of the reviews I have seen are solid. I have one on the way.

Curious if it is mostly in cars that have their USB ports in enclosed areas. Mine is in the open. For 16 bucks I am going to see how it goes.

I went from iPhone 13 to 17 Pro and now there doesn't seem to be a delay on these cheap wireless dongles.. did Apple fix this issue?

I had to replace car battery a month after using one if these dongles. Not sure it was related to these devices draining battery while the car is idle. Not using it again.

I have had one in my wife's 2018 Accord for 3-4 years and it has worked rock solid.
But we needed to change the car battery (not cheap) sooner then I expected so this might be the culprit.
The device doesn't light up unless the car is started so not sure how.
