Warning: Check the reviews to make sure this model doesn't squeak when it gets wet.

I only have one pair of shoes from On but don't think I'll ever buy another. Got the On Cloudboom Echo 3 posted on SD since I also had some $ back from Amex deal. The shoes were reviewed well on RR. They're easily the worst carbon plated shoe I've tried. The impact is very noticeable without feeling a return of energy. I much prefer brooks hyp line or adidas evo sl even though they rub toes.

I was def spoiled having some vaporfly 2s left and won't compare those

Two of my coworks with ON have the squeaking issue but they both got a free replacement by ON (credit on their ON account to spend it whatever for the retail price of their shoe) so at least their CS is good. It only squeaks after serveral month of us or in wet conditions according to them

My kids gifted me a pair of On CloudTilt shoes a few months ago for my 50th birthday. These are the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I used to get severe pain in my feet after walking just a mile. With the On CloudTilt I've walked 10+ miles a day and had no discomfort in my feet at all.

No squeak issues either. Will definitely be buying more On shoes.

How is the longevity on these? I have bought ON shoes twice and both times they give out after 6 months. Ones I am wearing now have completely collapsed bottom and not at all comfortable anymore. Are there any other brands that provide good support but last at least a year?

I almost do 12K steps everyday, so thats not a lot tbh!

Despite their recent reputation as a brand on the decline I remain committed to Saucony shoes. One main reason why is their durability. I put 3k miles on my Kinvara 11s and replaced them with the Endorphin Shift 3 and they made it 2k miles before the foam became hard and the upper developed a hole. I did feel that the foam started to decline after about 600 or so miles but I personally would rather take durability over foam plushness. So what if I run a little slower; I ain't no Olympian.
Saucony may not be the crowd favorite yet I believe they still represent solid value and that is what a slick deal is all about.

Do they fit pretty true to size or should I order half up or down?

Do you know what they said to CS to get the replacement? Everything I see online says they aren't budging on warranty claim re: squeaking.
