Depends what you need. Adrenaline is a motion control shoe. Glycerin is more neutral.

I've been wearing adrenalines for probably close to 10 years. As a fatty, they were the best shoe for running. But the last 3 or 4 years, the quality has gone down a lot. The tops are wearing out quicker (holes through the material) than the bottoms on several of my pairs. And the like everything else, the price goes up while the quality goes down.

Noticed the quality issues also, back heel fabric wearing away prematurely and the rubber losing tread evenly across the bottom. Sucks because I love this brand and they are great fitting running shoe if they would just not cheap out on materials.

I have the Adrenaline GTS 23 that I use specifically if I am going to walk, the glycerin is my "comfy" walking around in shoe if that makes sense.

They changed the toebox for the 21 model if I recall. No hard upper toe now, just a soft netting barrier. I think it's resulted in the shoes wearing worse. I've been wearing only adrenaline's for nearly 20 years, they are definitely not as nice now as they were back then.

what's weird is these are known for high arches and I have low arches and yet somehow it felt good in the store. But I had bought an older version and worn them for weeks and sure enough eventually it was hurting my arches.

I have worn the brooks dyads for years and so of course they stopped making them and claimed the ghost max is a replacement for them, but that feels much different.

New to Brooks. Switched over from Asics Nimbus. So would anyone comment on Adrenaline, Glycerin or Ghost? I mainly walk and go to the gym. Need 4E wide shoes foe big toe box. Love my Ghost over the Asics Nimbus bc of heel support. Had plantar fiscinitis in past running with Asics Kayano on treadmill.

The Adrenaline is a motion control shoes like the ASICS Kayano. The Glycerine is more like the Nmbus.

In-4-one. Ghost and Adrenaline. Love them, use them for the gym and 12 hour shift as a RN for about 5 years so far.

I had/have plantar fasciitis. I have went to a running store at least 10 years ago and they recommended the Brooks Adrenaline shoes. I have been wearing them since then. I get new ones about every 6 months. These have been great for eliminating my pain. I went to foot doctors and got shots and custom inserts but nothing worked except for these shoes.

I have flat feet and overpronate a decent amount but I don't want to get the heavy brooks beast model, would adrenalines work for me too?

I've found that Brooks wear too fast as well My Saucony rides body will outlast the sole in mileage for meI tend to rotate my dedicated running shoes to street shoes when the soles wear out
