What's the best CC to buy these with? From what I can tell, the BOA CCR (6%) classifies Costco e-gift cards as "online shopping" but e-gift cards on Sam's are classified as "wholesale".

I would use discover for 5% on warehouses. On BOA CCR, Sam's purchases are classified as wholesale club.

Yes. The last time I went I had the hotel load all of my GCs onto my account and did the tap to pay with the magicbands throughout the trip. It can be used for your on site hotels as well.

You can use Disney Gift Cards for anything from Disney from Hotel rooms, tickets, passes, DVC dues, food at any Disney property, Disney stores, etc.
