If you're using the GPU in short bursts, then maybe it can operate off PD using the battery as needed.
I don't know, I'm just speculating.
USB-C should supply up to 100w and the included charger supplies up to 175w.

Best part is you can turn the RTX 5050 off and just run off the iGPU 140T. I would not take it for fact but in this mode, Best Power Efficiency, they claim 19 hours of run time. Once its on Balanced or higher the RTX 5050 will work giving you a solid gaming experience. Best of both worlds, portable/power efficient but also capable of gaming.
The LG Gram Pro is a lb lighter, has a more matte non touch IPS panel that is less bright - pros and cons. The LG's weight is a real plus when traveling. Add the charger and the weight difference becomes bigger.
Anyone else considering these two?

Can someone compare the pros/cons to these within my $1000-1200 budget, for the next 5 years of usage

Phone is I think amoled 2x(Cricket S23FE) but don't watch videos on it.... calls/texts/email only
Old laptop, which has a perfectly good working screen, is HD 1920x1080. As long as the new screen is similar or better, any of the 3 would be fine. Trying to get as much performance per dollar and $1200 is at the top edge of the budget. Not sure what cpu/memory soaking Windows version will have in the future.... windows 12, 13, 14.....and all those bloated updates.
Need a little more than my current i7-9750h and its 8gb ram.
2 of them seem similar cpu power while 3rd stands out a bit more.

Any would be a rocket compared to current:

I usually buy gaming laptops since they seem to last longer(maybe better heatsinkcoolingfans or just rugged guts or lucky or stressfree life) without looking like a toughbook since I don't drop 'em.
Bro, you're missing out so much in life. It's like being a virgin and you hit 25yo.
