"New lines only" as in:

1) new accounts only, but you can port-in your existing number from another provider....

or

2) new line as in new acount, and you can't port-in an existing number?

How about current customers that have there annual service coming up in November? May need to look at other providers.

I remember trying them out a while back when they offered their free trial. The connection was good, but the deal breaker for me was once I reached monthly data cap, that was it. No more data not even slower speed unless I bought more. Do they still do that?

Same here - the promotional rate lasts longer with visible but this is cheaper if you can get away with the $199 plan or comes with extra features on the pricier plans.
