i've had a 12 month unlimited plan since June or July of 2024. So far it works perfectly. I chose to use Verizon towers but you have other options as well pertaining to carriers.
They don't bug you, harass you, and the renewal process is automatic and straightforward. Thumbs up for USM!

MVNO. Unique in that they offer all three companies' towers, so you can choose which one works best for you.

You have 90 days to activate the plan after purchase and 45 days to refund if not activated.

Does using the free trial now effect eligibility for this offer?
No. That's what I did.

Don't feed The Verizon, no matter what name they choose Smilie
Hahaahah. Who do you recommend between the evil 3? Not the Blue one - big huge gaping holes in coverage when you need them the most. The Pink I haven't tried.

How do you do that? I am currently on their "pay for what you need" plan and considering switching to Google Fi for its 50%-off monthly deal. This $199 annual plan is very tempting but only for new lines.
I was talking about doing it with Visible. Don't know if it works as smoothly with US Mobile. But, essentially you port your number out of Visible to Tello. Sign up for their very least plan - works out to $5/mo + $1/GB the last time I did it. Once the port is over, create a new account with Visible with a new email address (that's the only thing they used check). Sign up for their new customer promo, and then port your number back in from Tello on top of the new Visible number/account.

how many days do i need to stay in tello, in order to qualify usmobile new line promotions?
Don't know with US Mobile, I was talking about Visible. Hopefully someone else will answer about US Mo.

How do you get this plan for renewal? I still have 1 month left.
Port your digits over to tello cheapy special plan & then port back in as new user. Only takes a day to process.
Alternatively, port into Charter Spectrum free plan & then port into US mobile after a day.

I read that will kill the second line from this deal.https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/t/18520069?referrerid=3777528

actually, it seems like it might be possible if you reach out to support for them to apply it manually. so you might be able to get a few days trial if you're willing to go through the extra work
(since the promo ends 10/30)

https://www.reddit.com/r/USMobile..._in_trial/

(fyi their subreddit support seems to be better than chat)

edit: personally, i wouldn't risk it
I got an elaborated email from a customer service rep. I'm actually impressed they were professional and considerate enough to follow up with me. Here's what they said:

"Free Trial Activation :
The free trial is currently available on the Warp and Dark Star networks only. You can port in your number to either of these networks using an eSIM or a physical SIM card.

Combining the Free Trial with Superweek Plans :
The Superweek plans are primarily for new activations or new port-ins. However, you can also get them activated on a line that's currently on a free trial, as long as you do so before the promo expires on October 31st, 2025.
So, for example, if you port your number in today, you'll have about 6–7 days to test out the free trial before activating the Superweek plan."

Just wondering, is there anything missing feature-wise?

I remember when Apple was rolling out RCS support in iMessage the carriers took a bit to implement it and some MVNOs took months if I recall correctly.

As an iPhone user I don't want to loose anything I expect to function like visual voicemail etc. and, with the new RCS spec coming in the next year I'd hate to be behind everyone. I'm a nerd lol

I used them for a year. Paid for 4 lines up front for the year with their top tier plan. Their customer service is very slow to do anything. 45 minutes over chat to do anything. I rather pay a little more and get better customer service whenever I actually need it.

Thanks OP. Switched back to them with this deal, but the $299 one. US Mobile is great, especially if you live in rural-ish areas. Being able to change networks on the fly is huge. I mostly stick with Dark Star, though. And seeing "Dark Star" on the top of your phone looks bad ass xD. Saved $16.50 a month switching from Straight Talk, and that was with their best discounted premium price plan ($42.50).

A redditor replied 60 days away from USM to qualify for new line discounts. But one can wait 90 days to activate the new plan.

Wish they had a similar discount for the Unlimited Flex plan. I only use 2 or 3GB of data, so 5GB is fine and 10GB is more than I need.
They offer by-the-gig plans, 2GB/$10, 5GB/$15. On those plans you can add additional data (top up) at $2/GB if you need more. Any unused top-up data rolls over to the next month. You can set auto top-up to automatically add if reaching the limit
