Chewy has been in the pet business for many years. I buy from them at least once a month. Lol. Their customer service is top notch too, so if you're not happy with a purchase, they will absolutely make it right! I have not, however, purchased anything other than pet products so can't speak to this specific item

This makes sense - to me, the screen is pretty useless, I'd much prefer if they included a remote control or similar. With that said, I assume this deal would be cheaper than a newer screen less modelOnly downside with these are the lenses can easily scratch. I think the x5 has swappable lens casings which makes it much more durable in the long run.. any scratch will become immediately obvious in footage, and the protective cases for the lenses lose a lot of quality

Just know what you're getting on the X4 vs X5. Yes, this is cheaper but $300 is still a lot of money to pay for something that may just not work for you. There are 3 main differences: the most important is the X5 has a significantly larger sensor to remedy the mediocre low light footage of the X4 - it can be worse than any smartphone camera, as a comparison. Second, there is a replaceable lens on the X5 which you won't really care for until your lens get scratched or damaged, but this feature alone keeps your action camera going and going for years to come. Third, the microphone is far improved on the X5 in windy conditions such as talking while riding a bike - practically unusable on the X4 but about 90% good on the X5.

Omg… no way. It's not an upgrade, it's a downgrade........ The OG one 'Insta360 One' didn't have a screen, and then they upgraded it by adding one later for newer model. Now they're going back to screenless??

He did not claim it was an upgrade. Some people might favor a screenless actioncam, especially on a 360° cam.
