Chewy is a legit company for pet products and you can Google Chewy BBB to see they have an A+ rating. I've purchased many pet items from Chewy.

edit: seriously don't understand the down votes, this is a freaking $100 cheaper than anywhere else.

Chewy has been in the pet business for many years. I buy from them at least once a month. Lol. Their customer service is top notch too, so if you're not happy with a purchase, they will absolutely make it right! I have not, however, purchased anything other than pet products so can't speak to this specific item

Community Reviews

The Insta360 X4 is being treated as a strong action camera deal, especially for 360 video, live events, concerts, biking, and hiking. The price is widely framed as unusually low, with comparisons to higher recent prices and bundle deals, and a coupon can drop it to about $299.99 before tax when it works. The main tradeoffs are the older X4 hardware, including weaker low light, a screen some would rather replace with a remote, and lenses that can scratch easily. The pet camera label is just Chewy search marketing, not the product's real purpose, making this a solid value if the X4 fits your use case.

Rumors have it that insta 360 is launching a screenless lite 360 camera on 10/28, you can order this and wait until then to decide whether to keep it.
This makes sense - to me, the screen is pretty useless, I'd much prefer if they included a remote control or similar. With that said, I assume this deal would be cheaper than a newer screen less modelOnly downside with these are the lenses can easily scratch. I think the x5 has swappable lens casings which makes it much more durable in the long run.. any scratch will become immediately obvious in footage, and the protective cases for the lenses lose a lot of quality

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank

Just know what you're getting on the X4 vs X5. Yes, this is cheaper but $300 is still a lot of money to pay for something that may just not work for you. There are 3 main differences: the most important is the X5 has a significantly larger sensor to remedy the mediocre low light footage of the X4 - it can be worse than any smartphone camera, as a comparison. Second, there is a replaceable lens on the X5 which you won't really care for until your lens get scratched or damaged, but this feature alone keeps your action camera going and going for years to come. Third, the microphone is far improved on the X5 in windy conditions such as talking while riding a bike - practically unusable on the X4 but about 90% good on the X5.

Insta360 cam official store website has Pro Bundle (Peter McKinnon Edition) includes 1x Insta360 X4, 1x Standard Lens Guards, 1x Additional Battery, 1x 256GB microSD Card, 1x Lens Cap, 1x Customized Foldable 2-in-1 Selfie Stick and 1x Mini Remote for $349 FS. New email sign up saves $10.

If official store website was willing to lower their price most likely this is coming at the regular price or even lower. It's better to wait until it's available on Amazon or Best Buy, where most people can easily get more rebates from their credit cards

Omg… no way. It's not an upgrade, it's a downgrade........ The OG one 'Insta360 One' didn't have a screen, and then they upgraded it by adding one later for newer model. Now they're going back to screenless??

Seems like it would be difficult to teach your pet to use a camera.

A pet standing alone seems sad, why would you want to get 360 degree pics/video of that?

He did not claim it was an upgrade. Some people might favor a screenless actioncam, especially on a 360° cam.
