This Pyle mini amplifier is mainly a low-cost way to run two speakers, especially for ceiling, garage, shop, or TV setups. It has useful connectivity for Bluetooth, RCA, 3.5 millimeter input, and USB or SD playback, and the USB or SD slot can even play FLAC files. The compact size and binding posts make it practical for simple installs. The main cautions are distortion, hiss, humming, and vague power claims, with reliability and quality control questioned. A budget pick for basic sound, not a serious hi-fi amp.

I'm amazed at Pyle's ability to sell a receiver for $30 and still find a way to make the design aesthetics so bad it looks like it should be worth $10

I had this unit on my lanai for four years. Its sound quality is amazing paired with $20 outdoor speakers. Best money spent.

Pyle used have some great subwoofers called "Pile Drivers". I haven't really paid attention to their products in a long time. I'll read up on them and see.
.
Pyle never had anything of quality, They were know as the company that named themselves perfectly because their products are low end Piles of sht, They would advertise the subs as 1,000 watt continuous and 3,000 watt peak and you could smoke them with a 500w Alpine amp hardly turned up.

It was the Klipsch PowerGate, but they stopped making those years back.
Honestly curious as well what the best new version at a reasonable price point is.
Yes, a full on A/V receiver is going to be better, but it takes up significantly more space than a digital amp.
No idea the build quality of Pyle, but kind of doubt 100W RMS is real without heavy distortion. But I suspect it's probably fine driving two speakers at lower volumes.
Just don't let your spouse know there's a karaoke option.

"Great?" Not even close. Pyle Drivers were always for people who wanted loud for cheap in a hurry, and didn't really care much about the sound, as long as it sounded mostly like music. Back in the day, I replaced more of them than I installed.

Most owners didn't bother trying to resell them because they were virtually worthless secondhand. Instead, many were burnt up in one last max volume blast off before replacing them. That is, if they weren't already crackling when they arrived.

Every time I see a Pyle product, I'm once again shocked that the brand still exists. They must have improved some, because you'd have to commission your own factory to avoid basic quality control these days.

If I had need for a cheap amp in my wood shop, or in an automotive service bay, I'd buy something like this. Any more critical use deserves better.
Decades ago, Pyle made legit speaker drivers. Some Fender amps in the 80s came stock with Pyle guitar drivers, and some guitarists like Derek Trucks endorsed Pyle back then.
From what I heard, after the founder retired, the company was sold and now they mainly import audio equipment from China with their branding on it. So now they are a low budget bottom of the barrel brand. I think they still exist because people looking for something to just get sound loud enough and ok-ish quality will buy the cheapest on Amazon.

Fosi Audio makes some really good class D amps for the money. They're better than Pyle but don't have all the same connectivity options.

If you only need Bluetooth 5.0 or analog RCA or 3.5mm Aux input this would be a good one.

We have several Fosi amps connected to in ceiling or in wall speaekrs in our conference rooms.

I also like the fact that they also have binding post that accept banana plugs

this does 70v?
There are ceiling speakers that are not in constant voltage.
For small shop maybe with just 2 speakers.
