This brand is complete garbage. I own the blower and 2 batteries. It is the cheapest quality product I have ever experienced. Go with a different brand.
Yeah the 24/48v lineup is harbor freight quality at best

I have the 40v greenworks pole saw weedeater and blower. I have had zero issues with them. I have used them for about three years and they have worked great. And I have used them a lot every year.

I've loved all my 24/48v tools from them.

Not sure the issues you're facing.

I bought a Greenworks handheld pressure washer WITH 4AH battery for $30 new from Greenworks via eBay some months ago. Point being to watch for sales if you're in no rush and you can probably do better.

I don't recommend the pressure washer though - the hose attachment seems prone to splitting. They honored the warranty with just sending photos of the issue though. Lots of other reviews with the same experience

Just a heads up (i have the same vacuum), the 4ah battery will be too wide for keeping the battery in the vacuum. You will have to remove it and put it in the side charging port. Not a huge deal, but thought I would share.

Same. I bought my Greenworks 48v mower in 2021 and have had zero issues. Still runs great on the 2 original batteries.
