This Gourmia 8 quart digital air fryer stands out for easy everyday cooking and cleanup, especially when paired with liners or a basket. Long term use is described as reliable, with multiple units running daily for years and grease wiping up easily. The main concern is the nonstick coating, which is described as wearing out quickly on some units, though other long term owners report no coating problems. A few comments also note that liners and rack style affect airflow and cleanup, making it a practical pick if you match the accessories to how you cook.

I recommend getting the Bella pro air fryers, they use a newer much more resilient ceramic type non stick coating making them so much easier to clean and less prone to chipping or flaking off.
