This is just over $2 a pound, there have been a lot of deals lately for about $1.60 a pound. This is neither slick nor a deal.

I shop peanuts constantly, but I did a search and see nothing close to what you claim. Care to post a link?
The only thing close to that in the last month was Planters Cocktail Peanuts for $1.85lb, which are obviously different. The last Roasted Peanuts deal was PLANTERS around $2lb and you had to buy about 13lb (6x 34.5-Oz) to get that. Also, to each their own, PLANTERS has a bunch of unwanted ingredients in comparison to Happy Belly.

I agree. These go rancid very fast compared to Planters or even Aldi store brand peanuts
