I tried pricing out a Wen / HF recently and once you add a canister they're more than this. Also sure it's a little wimpy for a dust collector but it's about the limit that will fit on a 15a 110vac ckt, and running bigger circuits is a whole different price point of shop.
I'm also assuming it shows up damaged (unusally long ship time too) but hopefully it's not so bad it has to go straight back.
