I'm not the "Toilet Paper Guy" but my quick math comparing to Costco says this deal is better.

For the same brand "Cottenelle Ultra Comfort 3X" Costco has 36 rolls (2x18) with 269 sheets per roll for $29.99 (I dont see any instant savings coming up).
Amazon has 32 rolls at 296 sheets per roll for $23.

Costco = 9,684 sheets for ~$30
Amazon = 9,472 sheets for ~$23.

Without instant savings @ Costco, this seems to be the winner.

I'm sticking with Sam's it wipes the floor with this stuff. Roughly 50% more toilet paper for the same price and the Sam's is very soft!

I don't know how soft is sams but this stuff is not soft at all compared to charmin, that is for sure.
