You're absolutely right, they do have multiple lawsuits. This one however is listed as the newer version and it says that it's fiberglass free.

just FYI I trashed a 3 month old king size version of the mattress. I think the green tea? smell part of it was horrible, for me at least. Couldn't figure out a weird smell in a rental unit and we finally figured out it was this mattress.

Well, that's good to know. I was thinking of grabbing to replace a 5+ year old mattress with a cooling gel foam topper in a guest room. But it's been sold out for a few hours now. I just don't think staff has caught wind yet. I don't think these type of deals usually come back.

Most likely old stock with fiberglass. Twice in 2 years timeframe, I bought zinus mattresses from walmart and they both ended up with fiberglass. They seem to have a lot of old stock with fiberglass.

definitely firmer than i thought. I went back to the page to buy another one for another bedroom and it's sold out already 😢 for $56 it's a bargain!
