I agree with this take. It's not that it's unhealthy, it's just too easy to burn through your calorie budget with these. In principle though, I have nothing against the fat.

Here's a comprehensive study of studies of heart failure in America. Not once is "Seed oils" mentioned, let alone any evidence of it.
