I have seen both the Costco and Sam's Club Black Friday/Cyber Monday ads so far, and it seems to me that the "deals" this year, are just what the normal prices of the items would be without the tariffs. Like, the PS5 deals out there are just bringing it down to the price that it was before Sony raised the prices. I also think that making Black Friday the whole month long has really diluted the quality of the sales. There is no need for door busters when everybody shops online.

And, I know that a lot of TV companies make a slightly crappier version of their current TV models just for Black Friday, that are either missing features, or they have like an HDMI port removed or something like that.
