I have seen both the Costco and Sam's Club Black Friday/Cyber Monday ads so far, and it seems to me that the "deals" this year, are just what the normal prices of the items would be without the tariffs. Like, the PS5 deals out there are just bringing it down to the price that it was before Sony raised the prices. I also think that making Black Friday the whole month long has really diluted the quality of the sales. There is no need for door busters when everybody shops online.

To be fair, last few years of 'black Friday' haven't been anywhere near spectacular.

It's really difficult to find a full-motion wall mount for this TV that fits the advertised VESA mounting pattern of 600x500, especially one with any reviews. One of the first reviews for this TV on Walmart states it needs a mounting pattern of 900x600, which is different than the listed specifications?? Has anyone found any good mounts for this TV (huge plus if you've already mounted it and can confirm it fits and is secure)? Thanks in advance!

Not the best, not the worst. The mount is 600x500. I bought the vivo mount on Amazon, that was the cheapest full motion mount I could find, wanted Monoprice but I'm not paying $40 shipping.

98" in TV I didn't even realize they made them this big. That's got to be a huge TV. I think our Samson is a 75 And it is very big.
I did not read all the posts here but for the ones I did read about the Black Friday deals, I agree that I have not seen any real discounts lately, seems to be about the price before the tarrifs. And Black Friday is all month long. No need to go to the store.

Think bigger lol

As soon as those come down to $2k I'll be all over it. At this point the only thing holding up prices is the logistical side. My Walmart actually had the 98's at my store for $670 which is a steal. Surprisingly I don't think the 98 is that much more noticeable than my 75, I know technically it is, but it wasn't the same wow as going from a 55 to 75.

I had this installed today with the Angi folks Walmart arranged.

The lead installer was very nice/good, and the assistant was an a@#@hole, just rude, terrible attitude, right off the bat he wanted to be done in 15 minute and leave.

In terms of the mount, it's holding the tv well, the side to side tilt needs to be adjusted each time you need to pull it out - i just powered on TV - haven't tested it or anything but it is quite large.

have it for outdoor, will need to find a water/weather proof cover.
