I have seen both the Costco and Sam's Club Black Friday/Cyber Monday ads so far, and it seems to me that the "deals" this year, are just what the normal prices of the items would be without the tariffs. Like, the PS5 deals out there are just bringing it down to the price that it was before Sony raised the prices. I also think that making Black Friday the whole month long has really diluted the quality of the sales. There is no need for door busters when everybody shops online.

Outside of the 98" TCL, all I can say is... Disappointing.

To be fair, last few years of 'black Friday' haven't been anywhere near spectacular.

There were a few good deals last year, but they were very niche. Like $150 off a stand mixer, or really cheap Barbie and Bratz dolls at Walmart. Video game deals have definitely not been that good on Black Friday in a while, and Sony, Microsoft, and Nintendo have all had digital store sales recently where some games are up to 95% off, and they will never get that good for Black Friday, unless they give away a $80 game completely for free.

Even that is disappointing to me, since Google TV is my least favorite Smart TV platform.
I'd rate it just above fire TV personally, but yeah, not great. All of them have bloat these days.

Not sure, but I would think they'll have some better deals for Event 2 (Black Friday).

I'm at the point in my life that saving 5% on a black friday deal doesn't spark any interest.

Enjoy the turkey and don't waste your time. Seems like no real sales here.

I think Sam's Club might be open on Thanksgiving, because they are technically a grocery store. But, the vast majority of places have said that they will be closed on Thanksgiving this year, probably because people can still shop online.

No more standing outside the store at mid night? I missed those days camping out at the store. Sigh. Getting old suck
