For actual non-stick pans, Tramontina professional, T-fal advanced/ultimate, All-clad makes good ones, Cuisinart. For cheap stuff for camping I've used some ikea pans in the past. If you need induction compatible you have to get steel base pans not aluminum ones.
Recently I've personally used T-fal ultimate and a All-clad 2.5 quart sauce pan I got from ross and both have been excellent for me. Non-stick pans aren't BIFL but I personally can get 3+ years out of them.
