I have the CAP version and like it, but just be aware these hex bars with feet take up a LOT of awkward storage space. I haven't been able to justify the tradeoff but it's a great tool -- go straight from dynamic/jumping deadlifts into parallette pushups without taking your hands off the bar.

Also pretty nice for heavy rows and farmer carries.

Getting into fitness. I have the traditional hex bar without that built in stand. Any workouts this thing can do compared to traditional hex bar without

Not especially, the feet just make for easier loading and unloading (but harder for storage). And if you use it for pushups like I do, the feet help a lot -- using plates to support you can be very unstable since they roll. All depends on what you want and how much space you have.
