I have the CAP version and like it, but just be aware these hex bars with feet take up a LOT of awkward storage space. I haven't been able to justify the tradeoff but it's a great tool -- go straight from dynamic/jumping deadlifts into parallette pushups without taking your hands off the bar.

Not especially, the feet just make for easier loading and unloading (but harder for storage). And if you use it for pushups like I do, the feet help a lot -- using plates to support you can be very unstable since they roll. All depends on what you want and how much space you have.

Not especially, the feet just make for easier loading and unloading (but harder for storage). And if you use it for pushups like I do, the feet help a lot -- using plates to support you can be very unstable since they roll. All depends on what you want and how much space you have.
