no sensor, not sure what that means. Video reviews shows (sensor) on the the box.
Maybe they are 2 different models.

They want you to buy Air Quality Monitor as EXTRA attachment for continuous monitoring.

Another way to make money. I have the circular version of the air purifier which I run 16-18hrs during day time. The app has a good scheduler for auto On/Off

I have this model with the air quality monitor. The monitor is silly on it. I have 4 Govee air quality monitors around the house but it's not remotely the same in the air cleaner. Air cleaner isn't too bad in my opinion.
