Same - this is my first water flosser and it's worked great for a couple months now. My dentist told me the same thing, that the water flossers work fine for day to day stuff, but you still want to choose conventional floss intermittently. Like having your car washed by a touchless car wash vs. using a sponge yourself - both do the job, one just does it a little more precisely/better.

I bought my first water flosser almost a year ago and I thought it would be enough to replace normal flossing. I was very wrong and wish I had just kept my normal flossing routine.

I've recently noticed degradation in my overall oral health as I now have cavities between my teeth even though I have brushed and used the water flosser daily. I've now added normal flossing after the water floss and the floss still picks up bits of plaque. So a word of warning to anyone thinking this will be enough to replace normal flossing — it won't.

KZ7B4TOP still seems to work. If you're using the Amazon app you might be missing the step of tapping on the arrow that appears in the promo code box to apply the code.

After you apply the code, there would be a checkbox above it to let you apply the code. Check it!

Just got mine in. It's a proprietary charger, not usb-c like it showed in the listing, if that matters to you. Otherwise, it appears to work fine.

Had to grab me one myself! I think I have 5 or 6 plus my own now, mine has worked so well I decided I'd buy more to pass around come gift giving time. The only problem I have had with mine is that little thingy at the end of the hose where it sucks in water kept coming off, last time it did I couldn't get it out of the tub so I just left it off and it still works just as well without it.

This was an impulse buy because of the low price. I got it today and I am disappointed . The water pressure on the highest setting is not as strong as my old Waterpik I was looking to replace. This goes to the trash, I am keeping my old Waterpik.

Why wouldn't you just return it? Lol

Did anyone get the USB-C White version? I got mine today and it was the USB-A to proprietary port cable. Going to request a replacement and try my luck again...

Dang! This ruins the happiness that many of us had from buying these water flossers at 10 bucks. Just kidding.
Gr8 price. And I personally find water flossers lot easier to use compared to the conventional thread based one, but my dentist keeps telling me to use that one though.
I've heard the same from my dentist - it's fine to use a water flosser, but we should use thread flossers as well as the threads remove the stubborn build-up.

However, water flossing is better than no flossing, IMHO.
