I grabbed a leap last sale and it came with a snapped back piece (wasn't damaged in site picture). Sent a message to support with a picture and they sent another out within a day or two. Happy with the replacement and customer service.

Check facebook for better local deals on chairs. Granted won't be refurbished, but you can find basically new.

Lots of offices are shutting down.

Some models can be returned which to me is important given there is no showroom floor to try the chairs out on. Even quality chairs should be sat in at these prices as they still might not be right FOR YOU.

I purchased a refurbished Steelcase Amia from them about 2 years ago and when it arrived I couldn't tell it wasn't brand new. I was really happy with Crandall.

I picked up a Gesture from them a few years back and it's been great, as well.My son was little at the time and he also loved the heavy duty box it shipped in and had an absolute blast with turning that into a ship.

The one you are looking at is a remanufactured chair by them. The ones in the post are chairs returned to the manufacturer which are then being sold by Crandall
