Only ATT but will also work with other ATT network carriers with eSIM while locked. US Mobile Dark Star, cricket, etc If you Factory reset phone and skip through setup offline you can sideload NetGuard apk then set it up to block network traffic for PAKS and PAKS Notifications. Both are system apps. Then the phone won't be able to download the ATT prepaid software that blocks SIMs and it will work with any SIM card.

Hi, I appreciated your good suggestion, "…you can sideload NetGuard apk then set it up to block network traffic for PAKS and PAKS Notifications". I have a Moto G Power that is AT&T locked. But I have the NetGuard app sideloaded, can you please help me by telling me how to block network traffic for PAKS and PAKS Notifications? I am not sure how to do this since I am a newbie to NetGuard. I really appreciate your help, thanks!!! 👍

So before I factory reset, do I first need to have a SIM card inserted or at least an inactive SIM card? I only have a SIM card from MINT, would this work? And you mentioned "eSIM", so I was wondering if somehow activating eSIM would work if I have no eligible SIM card? Thanks for all your help!!! 👍
