Man that's tiny.
Good to see UGreen getting into networking. They have become my "go to" for cables and USB devices since I lost faith in Anker.

No, it's bluetooth power.

i mean obviously yes? these devices requires power to run their onboard chip and do the computation? Unless you use a PoE (Power over Ethernet) passthrough switch (which requires a PoE input, hence you'd need a powered PoE switch in the first place), otherwise these devices will always to be plugged into a power source

I'd always spend a bit more and get an 8 port switch. A 5 port switch really only lets you connect up 3 additional devices so it's pretty easy to quickly fill up. I managed to fill up my 4 ports on my router and my first 8 port switch so I had to pick up a second.

Can't find exact details on the power brick, but it is 5V/1A, so if you can find the correct pin pitch, you could get (or make) a USB to barrel jack cable and power this via USB.

I did this with a 5 port TP-Link switch and it works great.

Got this to fit into a cramped leviton box and it works well. I was concerned about heat in the plastic casing but hasn't had any hiccups.
