Not exactly. While it is a Prime price exclusive, shipping is not Prime. You can tell on the page itself, in the cart, and at checkout. Also on the return link. It's basically half Prime - stuck between two worlds, like Bella from Twilight. And like Bella from Twilight, once it has arrived to your house, you can't get rid of it easily.

According to our return policy, buyer is responsible for cost of return shipping fee and product must be returned in AS NEW condition unless the item is damaged or defective, otherwise a 20% restocking fee plus the return freight charges may be charged.

Did you not read the terms when signing up with Prime? It's under your settings or account for "Prime Benefits". Seriously, 3rd party sellers and shippers under prime exclusive pricing is nothing new. BTW, Walmart does it also with their Walmart+ exclusive pricing. You're going to see a lot of it in the upcoming months for the holidays.

Where in the Amazon Prime terms does it say you're guaranteed prime shipping and free returns? "Only on Eligible Items and Addresses"

Bottom line, it's still a Prime Exclusive no matter how much whining you do.

The original post that started all of this was "Not prime, fix title" when it's pretty clear it's a prime exclusive and the title is tagged appropriately.
