The mobile app has these features. Not sure this connects to the app but it seems to because it says you can listen with headphones on mobile and that's a feature of the remote inside the app.

I was also sent a Roku 4K+ model with the RF voice remote control which is worth $20 alone. It has the volume controls on the side too (volume up volume down, and mute buttons). I used Paze and only paid $3.99 shipped. The unit is also the latest updated 2022 release of all the 4K+ models which is model 3941X2. Has the ARM Cortex A55 quad core processor and 1GB RAM. I ordered a second one for $3.99 with the Paze promo code once I saw the $20 voice remote!

Hopefully good for replacing old Roku 3 Streaming Media Player (4200X). Perhaps I can use the remote from that which has volume controls if it is better than the new one?

The one I was sent had the voice remote with both the power button on the top and volume up and down and mute buttons on the side. It works on RF, not IR so you don't have to point it at the TV and can use it under thick comforters or from very far away (even from another room on the other side of your house). To exactly describe it - I was sent an Express 4K+ latest plus model which is Model 3941X2 "Roku Express 4K+" which is what it says in the Roku settings.
