Aluminum does not make the best sauce pans, can react with certain foods and can add metallic taste and discoloration.

Also not induction compatible if you need/want that.

The best part of cooking sauce is when the kids cook they get to watch it explode all over the place like a volcano tho. 🤷🏼

Nothing makes the "best" anything. Every material has their pros and cons.
Some materials have more pros and fewer cons than others.

I wouldn't go near a basic $10 aluminum pan like this.

For your food? Come on now.

Why would anybody want an aluminum pan? You can just go to your local TJ max or home goods and buy a stainless steel version for the same price...

Not True. All-Clad gives you the best of everything. Induction, conduction, dishwasher safe, non-reactive, lasts forever.

"Best" is subjective, especially when "everything" is involved.

However we are all ears for your recommendation of an All-Clad pot for $11.

Winco is a restaurant supply brand. Most restaurants use these aluminum pans for basically everything since they're conductive and inexpensive.

Their quality is excellent but a lot of this stuff is also not the best fit for home cooks because it's targeted at professional kitchens which have a different set of needs.

Aluminum is TOXIC! Use stainless, cast iron, or pyrex flameware!

I think some of targets stainless clad stuff looks really good for the price? I have a small all clad set but the aluminum is exposed on the rims, and i can see it degrading after years of dishwashing, to be fair over 10+ years of dishwashing regularly. Ive switched to hand washing now but been eyeing some cheap alternative pan for this and that less important things id like to cook and just toss the pan into the dishwasher.

I don't like Aluminium cookware but it's not toxic, simply avoid cooking acidic foods to prevent leeching.
