Sound Bar for black friday

Hi there, I'm searching for a soundbar that fits my budget, ideally between $200 and $500. I'm primarily interested in using it to watch movies. I've already checked out a few soundbars at Costco and Sam's Club.
-SAMSUNG 5.1 Model: HW-Q65C/ZA At [$289]
-Samsung HW-B73CD/ZA 5.1ch
Soundbar with DTS Virtual:X and Wireless Subwoofer [$199]
-Samsung Q-Series HW-Q60CF 3.1.2ch
Soundbar with Subwoofer [$299.99]
Any idea which one is better? Or seen a better deal?
