In some places, it's illegal to do that. But that means someone having the time and resources to file a lawsuit, only for it to get dragged out 5-7-10 years with appeals, discovery, extensions, etc. Over a $50-100 item.

These guys don't know what they're doing! I would not provide them with credit card info! They charge shipping from $5 to $15. Terrible customer service. They ship slow, if at all. If you're looking for Ryobi tools buy 'em at Home Depot for a few bucks more with the ability to return without a hassle. Bottom line. I don't trust these people.
