I get an alert related to shipping date so *maybe* the Jan 1 date is inaccurate(?):

Based on reviews, seems like fit is all over the place on this one, unfortunately, even by those who give it 4+ stars, so worth a read IMHO.

Some pretty bad reviews about the fit of these pants. I.e. skinny fit, sitting low on the waist, and being longer than the size indicates.

Ordered 4 pairs in different sizes and lengths. Easy returns at a REI store. One of them is bound to fit
