The reviews acroos their listings say they don't honor it. They don't even respond.

I had issues with the fan turning on constantly with light use. They responded within 24 hours and instantly sent me a new laptop (and allowed me to pick a different color) along with a return label. I haven't had any issues since.

Doesn't the staples Omnibook 3 deal smoke this in every major spec besides screen size (if you really want a laptop screen this big)? At $600 it's a sizable price increase but seems worth it if you can foot it
