so, its talked about on the net that these glass break sensors are sensitive to load noises that will set them off.

I have 2 of these and let me tell you they really work. If you drop and break a glass while the system is on then all hell will break loose. They've even set the alarm off from loud, sudden noises like a falling broom handle slamming onto a porcelain floor where nothing actually broke and other sudden loud noises. Need to keep them dormant until you're asleep or away from home.

Ideally you just have them "armed" when you arm your ring alarm system, so chances is false positive is minimum

Are these trackable by law enforcement?

This is a z-wave device, which can work on hubs from Hubitat, HomeSeer, SmartThings, HomeAssistant, ZBox, Wink, etc. as well as security systems like Aarm.com, Vivint and Ring.

Z-wave is a non-IP platform, meaning it can't talk to the internet. However the hub/alarm panel can alert monitoring/police if you want.

They are a bit more sensitive than using lets say google nest protect speakers, but not terribly.

FYI, these are zwave and can integrate directly with home assistant as long as you have some sort of zwave stick. You will have to change a setting in the configuration to turn them on.
